Our 255-AE, the 300W 500 RPM Wind Turbine Alternator that has been used in small wind turbines for over 5 years. This unit can be configured for use with a vertical axis or a horizontal axis turbine turning at 500 RPM. The most popular configuration on our low RPM Permanent Magnet Alternator is an aluminium body with flange mounting on either the front or the back end covers which makes it a versatile choice for wind turbine applications.
