Robust Testing Process
To ensure its reliability and endurance, we subjected the 255-DZS48-100 PMSM to rigorous testing. The motor was put through its paces with maximum current settings at 120 Arms, 180 Arms, 240 Arms and 360 Arms. Even under these demanding conditions, the motor exhibited resilience, with maximum temperatures reaching just 73 degrees, 103 degrees, 120 degrees and 143 degrees Celsius during one-hour continuous testing.
While the maximum current ratings were established during testing, the motor doesn’t rely on the maximum root mean square (RMS) current throughout its entire RPM range. Instead, it adapts to deliver lower RMS currents at higher speeds, ensuring both efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
