This motor stands out with its impressive capabilities, delivering a peak power of 85 kW and a rated torque of 39 Nm while reaching a peak torque of 178 Nm. Robust Testing Process
To ensure its reliability and endurance, we subjected the 255-HZ72-240 PMSM to rigorous testing. The motor was put through its paces with maximum current settings at 240 Arms, 360 Arms, 480 Arms and 720 Arms. Even under these demanding conditions, the motor exhibited resilience, with maximum temperatures reaching just 105 degrees, 118 degrees, 121 degrees and 127 degrees Celsius during one-hour continuous testing.
While the maximum current ratings were established during testing, the motor doesn’t rely on the maximum root mean square (RMS) current throughout its entire RPM range. Instead, it adapts to deliver lower RMS currents at higher speeds, ensuring both efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
