The 145-AZS24-016 is a 350 W 24 volt BLDC motor for light, fast, continuous duty. It holds 0.9 Nm at 3,800 RPM drawing 16 Arms, and will take 3 Nm in short bursts at 48 Arms — three times its continuous torque from a motor weighing 8 kg.

What makes it useful is how little it asks of the supply. Sixteen amps continuous is within reach of a modest 24 V controller and a modest battery, so the drive and the wiring stay small even though the motor turns at nearly 4,000 RPM. On an eight-pole rotor that speed puts the drive at 253 Hz, which is worth checking against a controller’s switching capability before specifying — cheap controllers built for low-speed traction may not follow it. Torque holds flat from standstill through rated speed, so the entire usable band sits below the knee and behaviour stays predictable as load varies.

It shares its 0.000328 kg·m² rotor with the 145-BZS24 series, wound differently: this winding trades torque for speed, giving roughly half the torque of a BZS at the same current but carrying it much further up the speed range. Where a job is defined by revolutions rather than pulling force — a pump, a blower, a spindle — that is the trade worth making. The light rotor also means the motor accelerates and reverses quickly, which suits duty that starts and stops often rather than running at one steady point.

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
