1.8 Nm continuous at 3,000 RPM · 5.6 Nm peak · 145 frame

The 145-BZS48-012 is a compact 550 W 48 volt BLDC motor for light continuous duty at high speed. It holds 1.8 Nm at 3,000 RPM and will take 5.6 Nm in short bursts — three times its continuous torque from a motor that weighs 8 kg.

It is the smallest machine in the 145 range and the lightest 48 V motor Innotec builds. Torque holds flat to roughly 3,000 RPM before field weakening takes over, so the whole usable band sits below rated speed. Surface-mounted magnets, IP64, and naturally cooled with no fan or auxiliary supply.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.

Where this motor is used

  • Small pumps and blowers on battery-powered equipment where weight matters more than torque
  • Positioning and feed drives in light industrial automation
  • Auxiliary drives on electric utility vehicles — fans, small hydraulics, actuators
  • Portable and mast-mounted equipment where an 8 kg motor can be carried into place
