The 360-DZS48-300 is a 15 kW 48 volt BLDC motor built for heavy transient loads. It holds 89.7 Nm continuously at 1,600 RPM and will reach 383 Nm at 1,500 Arms — more than four times its continuous torque.

That peak-to-continuous ratio of better than four to one is what sets it apart: it is designed around a controller that can deliver 1,500 Arms in short bursts, so the drive can be sized for the average load rather than the worst case. At 15 kW it is the highest-output motor in the 360 frame — the rest of that frame tops out at 10 kW — and at 1,600 RPM it turns more than three times faster than any other 360, which otherwise runs between 35 and 450 RPM.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
