The 145-EZS48-016 is a 750 W 48 volt BLDC motor built for steady mid-speed work with room to overload. It holds 4.7 Nm at 1,500 RPM and will produce 14.4 Nm at 48 Arms, three times continuous.

Against the 145-EZS48-020, which shares the same rotor and the same 4.7 Nm continuous rating, this winding trades speed for current: 1,500 RPM on 16 Arms rather than 1,900 RPM on 20 Arms. Pick it where the controller is current-limited or the driven load does not need the extra speed.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
