The 145-EZS48-020 is a 900 W 48 volt BLDC motor for work that needs speed rather than torque. It holds 4.7 Nm continuously at 1,900 RPM and peaks at 14.5 Nm, and at 11 kg it delivers that from the smallest frame Innotec makes.
It shares its rotor and its 4.7 Nm continuous torque with the 145-EZS48-016 but is wound for more speed — 1,900 RPM at 20 Arms instead of 1,500 RPM at 16 Arms. Choose this one when the load is speed-limited and the controller has the current headroom.
Quality and compliance
Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.
Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
