The 255-AGZS48-250 is a 12 kW 48 volt BLDC motor built for heavy, sustained work. It holds 94 Nm continuously at 1,300 RPM on 250 Arms and reaches 267 Nm at 750 Arms — nearly three times its continuous torque.

The rotor inertia of 0.03465 kg·m² is the highest in the 255 range, which makes it steady under shock loading rather than quick off the line. Paired with 267 Nm of peak torque, it suits drives that see sudden resistance and have to push through it rather than back off.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
