The 255-BZZS48-250 is an 11 kW 48 volt BLDC motor for equipment that spends most of its life at moderate load but has to break away hard. It holds 110.7 Nm continuously at 1,000 RPM on 250 Arms, and will produce 314 Nm at 750 Arms — close to three times its continuous torque.

That current headroom is what separates it from the rest of the 255 range. Continuous torque holds flat at 110.7 Nm from standstill to about 1,150 RPM, and the 314 Nm peak is available flat from zero to roughly 1,050 RPM before field weakening pulls it down — so the breakaway torque is there across the working band rather than at one point on the curve. It is a surface-mounted permanent magnet machine rated IP64, at 67 kg, and runs naturally cooled with the option of forced air where duty cycles are heavy.
