The 145-BZS24-040 is a 900 W 24 volt BLDC motor for high-speed continuous duty. It holds 1.8 Nm at 4,800 RPM drawing 40 Arms, and will take 5.7 Nm in short bursts at 120 Arms — three times continuous, from a motor weighing 8 kg.

This is the top of the 145-BZS24 ladder. That family holds roughly the same 1.8 to 1.9 Nm across every member and uses current to buy speed: 1,800 RPM at 16 amps, 2,400 at 20, 3,000 at 26, 3,800 at 32, and 4,800 here at 40. Choosing between them is therefore not a torque decision at all — it is a question of how fast the load needs to turn and how much current the controller can supply. If the driven equipment is a fan, a pump impeller or a compressor, where delivered output rises steeply with shaft speed, the fastest winding the drive can feed is usually the right one.

At 4,800 RPM on an eight-pole rotor the drive sees 320 Hz. That is a real constraint and should be checked before specifying: not every 24 V controller intended for traction will commutate cleanly at that frequency, and one that cannot will either derate or run rough. The rotor is light at 0.000328 kg·m², the same as the smaller BZS windings, so the machine spins up quickly and does not punish frequent starts. Torque stays flat to rated speed before field weakening takes over, and the motor is naturally cooled — no fan, no auxiliary supply, nothing extra to fail.

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
