The 145-AZZS48-022 is a 1 kW 48 volt BLDC motor that puts 145-frame torque where the 145 range normally has speed. It holds 9.1 Nm continuously at 1,000 RPM and reaches 27.8 Nm at 66 Arms.

It carries the most continuous torque of any 145-frame motor at or below 1,100 RPM, from a 13 kg frame. The heavier rotor — 0.006761 kg·m², eight times the standard 145 rotor — is what buys that torque, so it favours loads that run steadily over ones that start and stop constantly.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
