The 255-CZS48-055 is a 2.5 kW 48 volt BLDC motor at the lower end of the 255 range. It holds 16.5 Nm at 1,500 RPM on 55 Arms and reaches 46.7 Nm at 165 Arms.

It is the lightest 255-frame motor at 23 kg, and the least demanding on the controller — 55 Arms continuous is well inside what a mid-sized 48 V drive will deliver. Where a 145 frame runs out of torque but a full 255 is more machine than the job needs, this is the step in between.

Quality and compliance

Manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Faridabad, India. Designed and tested to IEC 60034 — performance and rating to IEC 60034-1, IP64 enclosure to IEC 60034-5, mounting designations to IEC 60034-7, and Class H insulation to IEC 60085.

Every motor is individually tested before dispatch, not batch-sampled: winding resistance, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, back-EMF constant, no-load and loaded run, and temperature rise. Test reports are available on request.
